Behind the scenes at Lemoenkloof Guest House

I honestly don't know how the owners of Lemoenkloof Guesthouse in Paarl can live with themselves. They treat their staff with utter disrespect not to mention about the bad language. For them it is just about the money and how to enrich themselves. This is the reason why there is new staff every 3 months. The owner, Hanelie, has serious personality problems, and does not have ANY emotional intelligence. So please, think twice before you book your stay or a conference at Lemoenkloof, this is not how a business should operate in this century!
