Bad work and service

I am very disappointed with Leluti. They did shabby work, had no one overseeing their workers. Did damage to my house. The workers would sit around on their cellphones, not doing their work. Got my drains blocked and left a drain rod in my sewer. To the point that my toilets and my drains blocked. The normal water and the sewer water was connected as one, I had to get another plumber to fix the problem. There is still work that needs to be finished and the owner is not responding to any requests for a meeting or to finish. I asked if they would be finished by December 2025 to which he rep**** he doesn't know. (They started in September 2024). There was a lot of wood beams that rotted in the rain and then was removed, I was told this would be sold and they would add a security gate on my apartment, which they were also working on in September 2024. Just over a year and my Cornish is coming of and my bathroom ceiling is still leaking.
