Customer Service - Non existence

This company does not know what the meaning of Client Services is. As the Company we requested a specific type of overall. We were not quoted on the overalls requested and was quoted on another type of overall. Which resulted in we paying for overalls, that our union rejected. Meaning that we had to return overalls and be refunded for the overalls returned. This has been going on since the 07/10/2019 and to date has not been resolved. The owner is now not answering phone calls or responding to any mails.
