Un co-operative response and no answer

I asked one of the municipality person on Sunday 09 Aug 2015 when they made their rounds with the water vehicle to report the OVERFLOWING SEWAGE WATER that flows into a local small dam in COSMOS PARK that flows into the VAAL RIVER.<br> <br> Tuesday nothing happened, whole week nothing happened!!! Today 14/08/2015 I phoned the Lekwa Municipality, after speaking 3 different people I reached the right person called Ester Cell ***, and she was in working hours at the hospital(visiting), I asked her can I phone back in an hour cause I have a serious issue I need to report.<br> <br> 10:30 I phoned back and the phone rang, she hung up. I tried to phone again, phone was switched off and now I cant get hold of her. <br> <br> She is over the Environment & Hygiene and this is the kind of co operation we get from our local municipality. <br> <br> THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD!!!
