Property encroachment

I'm Mr Tsietsi Khanye from Standerton at stand no. 6255 ext7 I have a problem with the municipality they sold my entrance to somebody else I was sent from one office to another regarding my complain at the municipal offices but till today I didn't get any assistance they even built an RDP house for that person where's I have documents from when I bought the site from the same municipality showing measurements of my yard and even the entrance that they now tell me it's not my space. Your assistance will be highly appreciated because I'm really frustrated and in need of that space.
