Poor hospital service to patient

The hospital has been turning away a pregnant woman who has a condition which is dangerous to her and the baby, she has been constantly been in pain and she went to see a doctor and was told that she's supposed to do a c section because of it. she is always in pain and this was never picked up by the hospital and this pains me because it's dangerous. The doctor who checked her at hospital at maternity turned her away countless of times I don't know what kind of doctor does this hospital hire because they can't even see or diagnose a person who is suffering it's not good for the health of patients.
