Drain overflowing with sewage water

<p>For the last 3 weeks our neighbors have been asking for the minusipality to come fix a blocked drain and up until today no one has come to fix it . I have personally phone also and the answer i get is we will send someone . My question is where is that someone ? My walls and paving is getting water damage an its really getting out of hand i hope this report on hallo peter will wake someone up !</p>
