Sub standard service and insensitive

We didn’t get a coffin spray, yet it was part of what was listed for our package. Upon enquiring why its missing they simply said it was discontinued months ago. No attempt was made to get us one despite us having paid this policy for years. 2 family cars were included in the package but we discovered on the morning of the funeral that they won’t make the family cars available from home in the morning but only from church leaving family members stranded as to how to get to the church. Times typed on the program not as per agreement and upon querying this the employee simply argued that what is on the program is what was agreed with me.
