This BnB as a poor service, broken assets and walls,we booked there and they charge us R500 fine why just for having fun

We note that the owner kept a portion of your breakage deposit as some glasses had been broken during your stay. The owner will send us an invoice for the total cost of replacing these items and if the replacement items amount to less than the amount they kept, the difference will be refunded to you.
