Worst nightmare ever
My best website has become my worst nightmare at the most important time of my life. On the 8th of August i booked with lekkeslaap accommodation and had to cancel my booking the following day as my wedding venue mentioned that they are gifting me with a honeymoon accommodation for the day of my wedding. I then cancelled on the 9th and asked that an instant payment to please be made back into my account as i'm getting married on the 21st and would like to use that money for last minute things.
Long story short i called on the 13th and no payment was processed yet nor was there any cancellation made at the accommodation as they claimed i'm still booked for the weekend. I called again on the 16th and was told that the process was only done on that day and i would have to wait 5-10 working days to receive MY MONEY?
I dont know whats more stressful the ignorance or the fact that i have cost to cover with money that i have but not able to put to use with my wedding being 3 days away. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. A credit card reversal, unfortunately, takes a bit longer to process than a normal EFT refund. Your refund has been processed and reversed to the credit card used to make the payment. The funds should reflect in the next few days.
