Walking 10 extra miles

On the 28th of April I made a booking using the services of [URL Removed] The booking was confirmed and paid the next day, however I then received an email from Mrs Matthee saying there is an availability issue as some miscommunication or something of the sort happened. Obviously I was very upset with this and started communicating with Mrs Matthee and Mr Liebenberg immediately. They then started looking for alternate accommodation as well as taking the matter up with the owner. I received several new quotations and they negotiated a better rate with various guesthouses. After a tireless search and negotiations with the owner the issue was resolved by the owner offering me alternate accommodation at a fractionally higher price whereby Mrs Matthee and Mr liebenberg informed me that they would cover the difference and I will have my accommodation as booked with the same price with no extra cost to myself.<br> I would like to thank both Mrs Matthee, Mr Liebenberg AND Aldrey the owner of village lodge Parys for going the extra 10 miles and ensuring that I can have the relaxing weekend I planned with my family and friends.
