Unprofessional
Very bad experience with lekkeslaap.very unprofessional.We were booked at a guesthouse,in Boksburg West gauteng.Zhantique guest house. There were aircraft noise till the next morning the site didnt stipulate distance from airport or that there are excessive noise.lekkeslaap just dont want to help in this matter.we had to make our own arrangements to find a place to stay.lekkeslaap can close there doorsvery unprofessional.

This is included to ensure guests are aware of its proximity to the airport.
While the host of the original property declined to issue a refund, we did make arrangements to rebook you at another property further away from the airport at no additional cost to you. We always aim to assist our guests as best as possible when unforeseen issues arise.
