Unpleasant holiday

Good day,

I am VERY unhappy with this holiday below that was booked through “Lekker slaap”

We arrived and booked in the first day, and unpacked and settled in nicely.

The second day, whilst we were on a dive, my mother called me to say that we have to move to another unit before 14:00pm.

We were not informed of this at all, and if we knew we were only in the unit for 1 day, we would not have fully unpacked.

So we had to return to our unit between our dives, and help our parents move all our stuff over to the new unit.

This resulted in us being late for our second dive, we were also tired and stressed out. We also left half our things at the old unit and the staff actually helped us return this.

This experience was very unpleasant and I will think twice before booking a holiday with Lekker Slaap again.
