Terrible service
Do NOT use these guys pathetic service!!! Too many undercover hidden clauses becareful guys I wont recommend them at all

Please note that owners can claim a cancellation fee for cancellations on short notice. The cancellation policy will be displayed on the website and on the quote for guests to ensure they are happy with the terms, before proceeding with payment.
Unfortunately, your bookings falls within the 0% refund, due to it being cancelled less than two weeks before the stay dates.
The owners have mentioned that you can postpone to new future dates within the next 3 months, as an alternative to cancelling the booking and losing your deposit payment.
