Terrible Customer Service with no Guaranteed Reservations

First time making a booking on Lekkeslaap and the service I received was shockingly terrible. Had I known in time about their 3rd party model, I would have not bothered. Basically they can allocate your unit to someone else and just cancel your booking.

I made a booking with them, paid the deposit , sent the POP, only to be told the next day that my booking has been cancelled because I did not make a payment or sent the POP in time. No one even bothered to check in with me to follow up. When I tell them that I have paid and sent a pop, I get told that the person I sent the POP to is not at work. It was at this point that I realised that my booking was deliberately canceled.

If you need peace of mind and convenience , find another site that does direct bookings, i.e bookings.com or Airbnb. They have their own issues but believe you me they are not as bad as the service you will get from Lekkeslaap.
