Sunrise Accommodation

We made a booking for 2 nights. When we got their the rooms looked like backpacker accommodation. After the owner told us on mail we can make use of the main suite in the house. MAIN SUITE?? 2 x 2 meters. No TV. NO Kettle. NO Self catering and no privacy what so ever. No I am told by Lekke Slaap they the owner can only refund half of my money. Why? As the owners never received the money as I informed Lekker Slaap we are not staying there. They informed me the money is still in their account and I do not have to worry. So WHERE is my money? So I have to pay half of the accommodation for people that lie and want to steel from the public? Why did Lekke Slaap not do a proper site inspection? Anyone with their own 2 eyes can see this is absolutely **** place to stay. Bedding and pillows are so old and flimsy I did not have any words. When I asked for another room she said o no, this cost R1200 which only had a 2 plate stove in. OMW I have no words to describe my experience with this Guesthouse and the way Lekke Slaap is treating the matter. No compassion. They don't care what the situation were and how much you needed to get away. No rather lets ***** the last bit from our customers.
