Sue Casa 3 Lekkerslaap.co.za
We booked a place in Manaba, Sue Casa 3, after paying in full including key deposit, the night before we were informed that our unit was no longer available. The suggestions sent afterwards was not even close to the unit we initially booked. That according to me is unacceptable. I would mot recommend using them EVER again.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you and your family. The letting agent wasn't informed by the establishment owner that they would be using that property for the long weekend. We did try to offer some alternatives, but due to it being a very popular long weekend and most places being fully booked, we were unfortunately limited to only a few options that were still available.
We will be in touch with you throughout the coming week to see what alternative solutions we can offer or what we can do to mitigate the inconvenience that was caused to your and your family.
