Shocking service and values close to a ****

After comparing several places I paid the wrong accomadation. Emailed and phone immidately. Got no response and had to make several phone calls over a week and got not response. First response from lekkerslaap was only after the date of check in. Will only get 50 persent of deposit. Shocking shocking shocking.
