Reference mail never sent, missed out on my booking.
Would definitely nit use them again. Ref LS-3Q6313 made the booking @ Ocean View House in cape town from 19-24 dec with a 40% off special. And never got the Confirmation mail and payment methods from Lekkerslaap. So I could not secure the booking I informed them yesterday the 01/12/2020 via Email that I did not receive the mail. Now they are fully booked and the plane tickets are booked and paid for. And we don't have accommodation

I do apologise for the experience. I see that we have received a delivery report for the quote and reminder emails we sent to your email, please could you double-check if the emails might not have gone to the spam folder?
The quote was sent on the 24th of Nov, unfortunately, it expired a few days later and the owner gave the property to a different guest. I've asked your agent to offer you some alternatives properties we have in the area or help look for something similar to what you requested.
