Pricing and quotations misleading
I am really disappointed in the way pricing is advertised on [URL Removed] In my case the price advertised for the days I enquired about and the quote I received was substantially different. Even though prices are advertised as \From R***\" its still misleading as the establishment can advertise ridiculous low prices and when quoting they can pretty much ask what they want.<br> Also when I received a quote, it was \"Subject to availability\" which I also think is unfair. That effectively means the quote is useless to me. At least make the quote valid for 48 hours and if there is no payment, then by all means advertise the accommodation again.<br> I will unfortunately not use Lekkeslaap again."

We are sorry to hear your experience with LekkeSlaap was not lekke. The 'from rate' refers to the cheapest rate guests will pay if they book at the specific establishment - and this is usually the per person sharing rate, or the unit rate depending on the establishment in question. It is also due to the fact that rates differ depending on season and unit type.
Showing rates in this manner is industry standard.
With regards to the quote availability, we unfortunately do not have exclusive right to quotes at the establishments, and a quote can only be held for a guest once the guest provisionally confirm the booking. This does not mean you have to pay, just provisionally confirm and then it is held for you to make payment. Thus once you provisionally confirm, it will be held, then if no payment is made after X hours, it will be made available again.
We really are sorry for any inconvenience caused, and hope that we will be able to help you again in the future.
