Poor service from lekker slaap Weskus

Booked an apartment in Muizenberg Beach Apartments paid got my confirmation email place has been reserved and the transfered amount has been received. Got to the gate of the phoned the agent Monica only to be told the place is no more available. Ended up me finding a place to stay after waiting for more than 4hours for lekker slaap to find alternative accommodation with my wife having a medical condition . I was told that they could not reverse the payment. I had to arrange with air bnb for payment.thanks to Kim, of Muizenberg Muiz which advertised on air bnb for the trust and understanding. I will never recommend Monica de Goveiras team do booking for accommodation. Bad experience
