Pathetic and no-care customer service

Lekkeslaap does not care about their clients. This is the short summary to my whole experience.

When we arrived at our accommodation we were met with a lovely surprise; pillow cases with small hairs all over them.

I emailed multiple different people at lekkeslaap and was only met with automated messages saying that they were out of office?! Who gives someone a booking agent who is not available? Make it make sense people.

After that I called them and was told that there is nothing they can do about it now but on Monday someone will get back to me. Well it’s Wednesday now and still nothing. This company is a JOKE.

They only care about your money and not about your experience or that fact that you are sleeping on pillows with Pube-like hairs all over them!

Do yourself a favour and book with Airbnb. This was the first and last time I will ever book with lekkerslaap.
