Not willing to assist

Really dissapoint with Lekker Slaap. The owners of the Retreat, Kommetjie, stated that the acccodation has off- street parking (collins dictionary def: off-street parking in British English NOUN spaces for cars located on private property rather than on a public street), when arriving we were told off-street is on the side walk outside the property. This is not acceptable nor safe. We immediately contacted Lekker Slaap, however they refuse to refund or even admit that the owners clearly misunderstood what off-street parking means. They were unwilling to assist in any way (arrived from Pretoria- had to find alternative accommodation in the late afternoon).
