NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL - *****

My brother in law booked a unit at Lekkeslaap seafacing for 26 February to the 5th of March. When he arrived at the Resort the Unit was everything but Sea facing. He did not occupy the unit as a person who resides in Piet Retief want a Sea facing unit obviously. He did request a refund and one of the Consultants advised him that they had to cancel the unit but could not refund him the amount paid. This is *****. The booking has been confirmed by Janine Swart at Lekkeslaap and with that it included a seafacing unit.
