No refund

Booked accommodation at BLOUGANS Gansbaai

Cancelled 2months before the time and didnt get my full refund.

No where in their policy does it state that you cannot get your full refund. Now they pass the buck to the accommodation management - cant fight their own battles i guess.

I will never use this site again - person i dealt with was LESLEY!

Be careful people - they are very ****my!

Thank you Jurgens. Lesley resolved the issue and happy with her service. Lekkeslaap.co.za needs to review their policy with the clients they advertise for, to prevent issues like these. Blougans B&B is still in the wrong.
