Lekkeslapp stinks

I booked a holiday flat through them. They subcontracted Blouberstrand Holiday rentals. My breakage deposit of R2000 is outstanding. It is now 17 days since our departure. All I get is empty promisses of when it will pay out, but no money has been forthcomming. At first they promised to pay the depisit to me and then have Blouberg Holiday Rentals pay them back, but that has not happened either. I thought booking through an agency like Lekkeslaap would give the public some guarantee, but I was proven wrong. Please save your money and book through someone more reliable!
