I was in a bank yesterday when Shanne Petersen called me as I was a bit clumsy with my EFT to a holiday destination. Despite my agitation, she was calmness personified, as she maintained her composure in her usual impeccable style. AI don't exhibit moods, and this lady is simply magical in resolving an issue, even with a "moody" client.
