Lekkerslaap are amazing and provide an incredible service

I live in Cape Town and was scheduled to go to Knysna in November 2021 where I was supposed to be a vendor for a 3-day event. I booked my accommodation through Lekkerslaap and also paid the required 50% deposit. Today I got notified that the event would be cancelled for 2021 so I naturally sent a communication to Lekkerslaap this morning advising that I would no longer need the accommodation due to the event being cancelled, and requesting a refund of my deposit. This afternoon, I received an email with proof of payment of my refund and a few minutes ago, I received an sms from my bank confirming that my deposit had been paid back into my bank account.

All I can say is "WOW". Thank you Lekkerslaap, you guys are amazing. If ever I book accommodation out of town again, I will only use Lekkerslaap.
