Lekkaslaap website

I am a client of Lekkaslaap. I always accepted their way of reviews, and never questioned it. But then someone booked accommodation for one night via Lekkaslaap at our resort. We are not star rated, but proud of our resorts neatness etc. I do have a lot to say about this unsatisfied guest but prefer to keep it away from Hellopeter. But my problem is, that Lekkaslaap has a policy to place all bad and good reviews from the guest on their website, but when we as their client answered these unfair reviews, they refuse to place our response, especially if it is not according to their so-called policy. So if my guest is unfair in his/her review, they feel obliged to place it on their web, but they can choose whether they want to place the owners reply to such an unfair haesh review, even though it was not true. Those days where the customer is always right is long in the past. They refused to place my reply, but it is okay to place an unreasonable client review on their website for the world to see. They even refused to remove that specific guests review, and said they were obliged to put it on their website, but not obliged to put my response on the website. Although previous reviews of other clients was very good responses, they decided to put this bad man's review on their web page. How confusing, must it be for people to read 20 good reviews and one bad review. It damaged businesses who already suffering due to economic situations. They only do it to protect themself, so that the guest do not blame them. Now they pretending to protect other customers who want to book at a place with bad reviews. What happend to private investigation in such matters, instead of making it public. There is emails, telephones and other ways to solve such a problem. Why then be my partner, if they allow bad revues going publically, instead of solving problems privately. The could be the mediator between the parties. But instead they prefer to protect so-called future customers. But what about themselves. It is a bad review fir them as well. I preferred to take my business away from them. In any case, their commissions is so high in %, that it make it very expensive fir the poor public, unless us as their clients take it on ys to reduce our orices, to make it possible for the general public to afford the accommodation. And I had a lit if problems with them in te padt, their website restrict anyone to really advertise their business, they can only do a whatever their websute allow them. Like us, we are mainly a wedding venue, and school camp site, but there is no way that I can add it on their website.
