Lack of transparency, and no help even after I paid.

I have booked a place for tomorrow morning, yet the staff at lekkerslaap.co.za refuse to give me the guest house telephone number. This after I have paid my deposit. I have to pick up my key very early (before check out time for the guests the night before) as I have to be on site for work early as well, I will only come back to guest house at 10pm, so no-one will be available to supply me with the key at that hour. Due to their policies, it is almost impossible to find the Guest house direct number. Rather book directly with establishment as Lekkerslaap.co.za is not transparent. Very disappointed with the service received.
