Karinchen 2nd Avenue Kleinmond

I am really disappointed in Karinchen 2nd Ave Kleinmond booked via Lekkeslaap. First of all the accommodation was disgustingly dirty in the middle of an pandemic. Luckily I took plenty of photos in case this is disputed at an later stage. According to Lekkeslaap the owner disputed this although he just had to walk around and see for himself, maybe offer to sort it out while we go out for a few hours. Secondly the adverti*****t should tell you that if you utilize the backyard (that looks like a storages space) you will be in full view of the owners whom stay on the same property (also not stated on the add) I actually looked past all accommodation that indicated this. We eventually had to settle for alternative accommodation that cost an extra R400.00 which we initially indicated we did not really want due to the small size and bar fridge etc, also no privacy due to being a lodge. I had to throw away some food due to not having cold storage space for it. I really feel although Lekkeslaap acquired alternative accommodation everything fell on us the client in terms of losing a few hours of our prime daytime, picking up the extra bill etc. Should you not do more frequent checks at accommodation.
