Horrible service

I'm truly very upset!! I made a booking on my way to Colesberg. After receiving an email that they will get back to me soon to confirm my reservation I've even phoned them. I have spoken to someone who would have confirmed with the owner and then get back to me. I haven't received any call back, SMS or email. When I called again, NO ANSWER! Because of this I ended up staying in a ****ty place in Beaufort-Wes ????????????????????????????. Why, if you're playing the middle man, provide such GREAT service. If you don't want to assist, just give the direct number of the business, I'm pretty sure they will go out of their way to provide a service.
