We had the most horrible vacation at the Hans Merensky Hotel which we booked through Lekkeslaap.

After hearing of our terrible time Lekkeslaap immediately made contact with the hotel and me. Lekkeslaap paid out of their own pocket 2 nights stay back to us. They also removed the Hans Merensky Hotel from their website
