First time user and extremely dissappointed....

I havent used Lekkeslaap before and this was my first time using them and I am extremely disappointed. They sent me a quote at 11:16 and 2 hours later the quote was cancelled as the property was booked. I called them and explained that they quote had prompted me to pay a 50% deposit and was busy moving funds around before paying and confirming, but nevertheless they said I didnt have to pay, I just had to confirm the booking. I was even prepared to show them the screenshot I took off the website, but she said there is nothing they can do, they work on a first come, first serve basis. Extremely disappointed. They offering me other properties, but these look terrible....
