False advertising poor customer service

I booked at bush dream mabalingwe through LekkeSlaap anticipating a good peaceful Christmas holiday. Man disappointment and disgust is an understatement. Firstly the place bush dream was extremely filthy and run down. There were dangerous electricity connections. The roof was leaking. The pictures advertised by LekkeSlaap on their website purposely exclude the all this. Which is false advertising on their part. Secondly on trying to get my issue resolved by Lance Gordon who works at LekkeSlaap I have been given excuse upon excuse saying they will do something about it but now its a month later and no result. Shame on you for Firstly falsely advertising a place and then having extremely poor customer service you just don't care as long as you've got your money. This is a **** I will recommend Noone use them
