False advertising and *****ing your money.

I made a booking for our wedding anniversary on the 7th and 8th December. I booked a place called Sibani Lodge Ref LS-3B343X. I paid R2800 for the night. But when I got there the room looked nothing like the one they advertised not even the swimming pool looked the same. The room only had two single beds and a shower not even a picture on the wall. only window to the carport. no view or veranda as on the photos. after numerous calls and mails. Spoke to Theunis and then mailed Marc only response was that the photos was an overview of the lodge. But the photos advertised is not even the same place? after mailing a manager no response from them. I did receive payback of less than half what I paid for. False advertising and *****ing yous money!!!!
