False Advertising

I have never been so disappointed in my life. The pictures is not even close what the place looks like. it's rundown, dirty, unhygienic and a mess. I had to buy cleaning products, a mop, a broom, bedding, cutlery etc. the bedding was old and didn't look clean, the furniture was filthy like the couch and the other rusty. I had to use my first vacation day to clean the flat and bathroom and make it livable. There were roaches, ants and other creepy crawly things. the curtains were yellow of dirt and the blinds. I am just glad that I didn't chose the breakfast option after what I saw. <br> <br> The reason you book through a travel agency is to avoid exactly what I went through. I had to spray doom at night before we went to dinner to make sure I don't get unwanted guest like the big roaches I saw that afternoon. I had to jik, domestos and handy-andy everything to make sure it's clean. <br> <br> I have lost faith in your company due to false advertising and over charging me for a place like that. The pictures of Ocean Gorge getaways are when it opened probably and not what it is now.<br> <br> I didn't want to cook in that place. Aren't you suppose to go see the clients that you have contracts with??
