After I had an issue and it was brought to the attention of the customer service manager, Jurgens Liebenberg, the issue was resolved promptly and in such a way that they have made a client for life. Thank you Lekkeslaap and Jurgens especially for the great service you offer South Africans in experiencing our beautiful country. A holiday or weekend getaway should be without worries and that is exactly what you offer at reasonable prices. Many other companies in South Africa can learn from your example what it means to have good customer services.
