Do NOT trust the agents at Lekkeslaap.co.za!
I cancelled my booking on the 18th Dec 2021 and a lady called Lee-Anne De Beer that works for Lekkeslaap.co.za assured me that a refund (R3,000), takes between 5-7days. Im still waiting till today (29th Dec 2021). This calls now for a legal action, seekng as i have all my proof.

We do apologise that the refund has taken longer than expected. Usually, refunds are processed quickly to ensure that the clients receive their money within a few days. Your refund was processed yesterday at 16:07, and the funds should reflect shortly.

There is NO money (refund) in my bank account, from Lekkeslaap for now 11 days, when a refund (according to staff at Lekkeslaap) is supposed to only take between 5-7 days.
Its almost double that in total by now.
People... DONT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY with Lekkeslaap!!!
Youll lose ALL your holiday money, trying to get them to live by the rules they have on their website!!!
