Do not list your accomodation establishment

As a business owner of 3 different accomodation establishments stay away to list your property on Lekkerslaap/Travelground.Other establishments owners warned me but didn't believe them.I reported a covid case of a guest who stayed and needed to close three units to protect guests and staff members I informed Lekkerslaap early to cancel and refund the guests for bookings and find alternative accomodation for them immediately .The exactly did the opposite and give guests misinformation and made bookings active Guests arrived some of them were very understanding.1 guest got so angry and physically assaulted a staff member and was swearing and insulted a old lady of 74 .All because of lekkerslaap incompetence and misinformation.A other Guesthouse in town lost thousand of rands due to guests damageing the property and not obeying to house rules When the owner complained and wanted to claim for damages lekkerslaap refused to give credit card details and clients information and said it's not their problem.I would warn any accomodation establishment to seriously reconsider listing their property on the site.They do not care about there establishments and have no policies in place to protect them. You cannot report anything to them.
