Dishonest Booking Fees
Lekkerslaap.co.za website advertise accomodation on their site for a Certain TOTAL price. When you confirm and make the payment online via credit card, they send you an confirmation email with your booking,, and THEN they add a admin fee of R500! *****!? Totally unacceptable! Nowhere on the original booking on the Lekkerslaap website is the “admin cost” displayed...... my booking number LS-32FWZ2. I want my deposit money back asap or I will take the matter further. Please sort it out

No, no where on the mobile site there is a admin cost displayed!!! Triple checked! Just after the deposit payment was made, THEN the admin fee of R500 is shown. I can add screenshots of the whole transaction of you like
