DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTING!

Hallo Peter,

DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTING! Did a booking through Lekkeslaap for a nice holiday over December 2020 in Plett Beach Hotel. On arrival, we received a room which we did NOT booked. Apparently, the room we wanted was not available?? (NOW, WHAT WENT WRONG HERE?) Paid the supposedly outstanding money on arrival, just to be shuffled into a tiny room, which we did not requested or booked. ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED, we declined and left, leaving us to make other arrangements, and extra costs! (AND THIS OVER DECEMBER HOLIDAY, WHERE EVERYTHING IS FULLY BOOKED) NOW we struggle to re-claim our DEPOSIT BAC**** Why? U did not FULL FILL OUR request? (Which we, where under the impression, all was good, i mean, we booked RIGHT). LEKKESLAAP LEFT US IN DISPEAR AND SPOILED OUR HOLIDAY!!! Lesson well learnt, only burn once! WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN!
