Disappointed Host
On Monday the 28th of September around 15:57 I called lekkeslaap to ask for help to cancel an instant booking that came through for a one-night stay. I needed it cancelled because we had forgotten to block it on our calendar following a very hectic weekend that left our place a mess. I was clear that I needed HELP because WE made a mistake… I was met with a very rude attitude that was condescending to say the least. This lady took every chance to let me know it was all my fault… She then said to me "I don't manage your calendar…" at that point I stopped her and told her that I don't appreciate her tone and how she is speaking to me. Her attitude was very unnecessary and unprofessional! I will be removing my listing from your website. I have had multiple issues with your system. This was the last straw.
