Bos Hotel unit 21 Utopia resort - Lekkeslaap
We booked accomodation with lekkeslaap - but they do not check wat accomodations is offered - they have Bos Hotel, Utopia nature resort unit 21. It was more like a shack than a family accomodation unit with no plugs for a fan needed for the 38 degrees celcius. Furniture is old and dirty. Lekkeslaap offered us 50% money back but the owner refused to give us anything back. Real cheapskate.

10 Dec 2024, 06:27Update: Lekkeslaap did contact me an offered 100% money back - please note that the owner of Bos hotel Utopia Unit 21 is still refusing in paying back anything. I just hope that Lekkeslaap can take this accomodation off their site as they can do so much damage to a good reputation of a company like Lekkeslaap. Lekkeslaap went out if their way to resolve my issue and I believe that they are investigating Bos hotel internally. I will be happy to use Lekkeslaap again as I have done for the past 10 years. They did proof to me that customers satisfaction is a number one priority at Lekkeslaap. Thank you - looking forward to book my next holiday through Lekkeslaap.
