Booked and pay accomodation and no delivery

We did a very long bike trip through SA. We did all our accommodation through LekkeSlaap due to the fact that they state all accommodation is verified, honest advise ect., our agent was Maggie Kasner. The booking for Gariep Popkar Self Catereing was paid in full as was requested, an amount of R3570 for booking LS-JRZM2<br> Dates 24 Dec till 27Dec 2105.<br> When we arrived we could not reach the guesthouse manager, Laurie Jacobs on the number supp****, the place was locked and looked very run down, garden all dried up. We called him every 30 min but to no avail. Eventually we called Maggie Kasner who promised to call us back. I had to call her three times in the next hour and half on international roaming which cost me hundreds of rands.<br> Here we were stuck in Gariep late afternoon the day before Christmas without any accommodation on heavy loaded bikes in 45 degree heat and LekkeSlaap who I paid could not help me.<br> I demand a full back payment within the next 14 days or this letter will be send to all travel social media forums, travel magazines and other social media platforms.<br> When we mentioned the name Laurie Jacobs in Gariep everyone told us he is the biggest *********. <br> I demand
