Below standard service

After reading all of the other reviews about Lekkeslaap.co.za it is sad to say my experience so far has been very disappointing.

Initially communication was prompt when we were interested in making a booking, however when I had problems with the website trying to make a payment, my agent was nowhere to be found, despite emailing and calling. I managed to speak to another agent who was able to extend my payment deadline, and the deposit was paid.

Since then I have received absolutely no communication. Not even an email to confirm booking (luckily I took a screen shot of the confirmation message). When I emailed the agent to find out when the remainder of the payment was due etc, I was sent a very abrupt email to say I must contact the accommodation owner directly.

If I had known this would be the type of service I would receive I would have just booked with the owner directly.

I don’t know if it just the agent I am dealing with, because all of the other reviews are great, but my experience so far has been very below par. Almost like once you had my money it was the only thing you really cared about. Very dissappointig.
