Bad attitude, defeating tactics, horrible customer service, misleading advertising, promoting horrible living conditions as standard.

The worst experience ever and being cheated out of your hard earned money , for a holiday that now will never happen. My family and I was meant to stay at View from the top in Saldanha and the pictures does not reflect a true reflection of the condition that the facility is in. We paid the deposit and took a drive down to investigate and see what we need to bring with - to our horror it is a really horrible dirty place. I am not sure how this conditions could meet any humans standards let alone LekkeSlaap putting there stamp of approval , for paying 7265 as a deposit we will only get 2000 back and if we reduce the days that we stay we must pay more. This is really a horrible experience and no human interaction . *****ing and false advertising is not right. I have already laid a complaint at the Saldanha municipality and have been told that the premises will be investigated. In the mean time this is disgusting and the compliance of this facility will be investigated as well. I am really saddened by the disgusting attitude received , for what should have been a first holiday for my family.
