Always follow up yourself on Lekkeslaap bookings (or just book direct)

I used this booking site for the first time and already disappointed. I expected a well managed site, but it seems that Fridays are not a day they manage it. So they indicate that the establishment was available for my dates so I reserved it. 6 hours later I still have not heard anything...so I mail them (Elindi Nagy) just to get an Out Of Office reply... I then call the establishment and was told that they are fully booked for the day before my booking as well as the day after. This info on a Friday just after 15:00. Suddenly Lekkeslaap also got on the bandwagon and also sent me the same info.....Why don't you follow up if no feedback was received within a few hours.... So we (the persons paying your commissions) need to follow up on bookings as well?? How rediculous...so they (lekkeslaap) take their percentage of the booking for allowing me to book through them, but that's as far as their service goes. I always used SafariNow and Booking.com and never had issues like this - The available dates are ACTUALLY accurate. Needless to say I will not make use of this service again. Sorry Lekkeslaap, but you guys are not as good as the people are raving.
