Agent not responding on e-mails.
No response for refund request on booking cancelled due to Covid-19, refer our booking LS-3FR62Q. Agent Nerine not reachable, didn't bother to reply on my e-mail send or to contact me to discuss possible alternatives, such as postponing booking. Will not deal with them again, plenty other suppliers in this business.
