accommodation booking was never made

Hi im very upset. Booked a getaway for valentinsday with lekkeslaap arrived at venue and no one knew about us and my booking was confirmed by lekkeslaap.<br> The area was fully booked had to pay dubble what i budgeted for accommodation. Drove around for 4hours to find a place and my wife is 7 months pregnant she wasnt very happy and our romantic getaway was down the drain. I called lekke slaap and they offered me a R250 voucher after i whasted R3500 on a weekend that was not romantic anymore. Im very disapointed
